Exiting a case refers to a point in a case where all follow-ups have been ceased and the case files have been closed. The caseworker does not actively reach out to the client. However, the client is still a part of the larger Prerana universe and may reach out to Prerana in case of any assistance. This checklist, though not absolute, offers guidance while discussing the alternative of exiting cases.
